Benefit from help, support and advice with one-off job hunting scenarios. Our substantial experience in the employment market and talking extensively to customers enables us to truly understand different job hunting scenarios and offer help when it is most needed - like during 'moment of truth' situations. The idea of our Telephone Support Service is to help with one-off job hunting scenarios when they truly matter. We are not interested in doing the day-to-day job hunting for you, but we can be on hand to discuss 'live' scenarios affecting CV targeting, job hunting strategy and interview performance for example. How Can CV and Telephone Mentoring Benefit Our Customers?

Job hunting is often a very lonely, challenging and mentally exhausting process, so benefiting from useful advice and support can help transform fortunes within the job market. The idea is to save time and resources by being able to discuss job hunting situations as they happen in a structured, objective and informative way. Our experience of the job hunting arena will often resolve job hunting issues, provide decision-making frameworks and help define a pathway or strategy to continue job hunting activities without being uninterrupted. We believe we are able to help candidates make more beneficial, tactical and strategic decisions about their job hunting activities to make better decisions that will have greater impact and often yield better job hunting results. We also offer CV editing services for the duration of the subscription period (6 months). Such CV amendments will be limited to slight tweaks or changes, not affecting more than 15% of the CV. If working on more than 15% of the CV, then a separate CV Update Service will need to be purchased.

How Does Our Support Service Work?

For a one-off payment covering a six-month entitlement period, we offer guidance and advice on a range of situations that could make a difference to finding jobs. We are not interested in doing the day-to-day groundwork for our customers, we are available to talk through issues relating to defining job hunting strategy, improving interview performance or confidence building for instance.

We would reasonably expect customers to have up to 6 or 7 telephone calls of 15-20 minutes duration over the course of the subscription period. To give our customers fair and reasonable access to the Telephone Mentoring and CV Support Service, we would seek to limit the total duration of all calls as part of the mentoring service to 2 hours. Winning CV, may decide to lengthen the number of calls and durations at its discretion and by mutual agreement.

Cost of Telephone Mentoring and CV Support Services

Call now for a quote - we can discuss circumstances, agree a plan of action and confirm prices accordingly. Entitlement is for a six month duration and we would reasonably expect customers to make up to 6 or 7 telephone calls of 15-20 minutes duration over the subscription period. The 6 to 7 telephone calls will cover 'moment of truth' scenarios - what we term as those situations likely to make or break (directly impact on a successful job hunting strategy or interview performance for instance).

To gain most benefit from these services and so that we understand career situations as best as possible, we recommend ordering the Telephone Mentoring / CV Support Service with a CV writing service. This service is cheaper than most mainstream telephone mentoring services because we have already performed a detailed analysis
by looking at CV strategy and writing customer CVs.
